This past Friday was Aaron's day off so he took me to Galveston for the afternoon to celebrate Mother's day. We ate at one of our favorite places on the sea wall called The Spot. They have great hamburgers, but this time I got crawfish...YUM! We sat outside on their deck that overlooks the water and the weather was perfect...a really enjoyable meal. After that we walked the beach a little before heading home. A guy that had been fishing walked past us as we were walking out toward the water and he looked at me and smiled and said "You had a lot to eat today..." We thought that was SO funny.
